Service
Tradufiel provides certified document translation services between Spanish and English. Each translation is reviewed and signed by a competent human translator. The service includes the generation of a certificate of translation accuracy with a Tradufiel seal and public verification code.
Pricing and payments
Pricing is calculated per page of the source document. Standard service is $12.99 USD per page. Priority service is $14.99 USD per page (introductory rate). Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We never store credit card data.
Acceptance guarantee
If your certified translation is rejected by the recipient for a translation-quality reason within 30 days of delivery, we redo the translation at no cost or issue a full refund. This guarantee covers translation defects, not rejections for other reasons (incomplete source documents, additional recipient requirements, etc.).
Documents and privacy
Original documents are encrypted at upload (AES-256-GCM) and permanently deleted upon translation completion. Certified translations are available for re-download for 30 days (default) or 3 days after first download, based on the option chosen. Verification records (hash and metadata only, never the document) are retained for at least 5 years.
Acceptable use
We do not accept documents containing illegal, fraudulent material, or material that violates third-party rights. We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. Certified translations are widely accepted, but customers should confirm their specific recipient's requirements before submitting.
