Every certified translation from Tradufiel is backed by our guarantee.
What we guarantee
If your certified translation is rejected by the recipient (USCIS, academic institutions, or other bodies) for a reason directly related to translation quality within 30 days of delivery, we redo the translation at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
What the guarantee does not cover
This guarantee does not cover rejections for reasons unrelated to translation quality: incomplete or illegible source documents, additional recipient requirements unrelated to the translation (apostilles, additional notarization, etc.), or the customer's failure to meet submission deadlines.
How to claim the guarantee
Contact us at guarantee@tradufiel.com with your certificate verification code and the recipient's communication indicating the rejection. We will process your claim within 5 business days.
Important notice
Certified translations are widely accepted by USCIS and most institutions. However, we recommend confirming your specific recipient's requirements before submitting your application.
